If you want more focused attention or need skill training that does not require competitive resistance, individual training would be the better choice. 

G1 = older group | G2 = younger group

Mon:   G1 4:15 PM - 6:00 PM and G2 6:15 PM to 7:45 PM (fitness, ball skills and strength)

Tue:     G1 4:15 PM - 6:00 PM and G2 6:15 PM to 7:45 PM (standard training)

Wed:   G1 5:00 PM - 6:15 PM and G2 6:15 PM to 7:45 PM (Video review and training)

Thurs: G1 4:15 PM - 6:00 PM and G2 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM (Standard Training)

Sun:    G1 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Video Review, training)
